He holds North Carolina State Licenses in both Electrical and Plumbing, has almost 10 years’ experience in HVAC servicing and general contracting, and is a Licensed Home Inspector. In addition to his licensures and experience, Charles also works as a multi-trade building inspector for a local municipality. With this role, he holds certificates in building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical through the Office of the State Fire Marshal and is proficient in building code requirements.
